Pinarello

In 1951, having just been paid to leave the Giro as its last-placed rider, Giovanni "Nani" Pinarello opened a bike shop in Treviso. The brand that grew out of it has since won more Grand Tours than almost anyone, and has never stopped looking like nothing else on the road. Daring shapes, serious engineering, and a wave fork you can recognise from a hundred metres away.

The range splits cleanly. Dogma F is the race flagship, the frame Ineos Grenadiers use. Dogma X is the same thinking aimed at long days and imperfect roads. Below them, the F Series and X Series carry the same shapes and much of the same handling at prices that make more sense for most riders. On gravel there is the Grevil.
