We'll check your cables for stretch, tighten everything up and make sure that your new purchase is running perfectly.
You'll have priority access to our workshop for the lifetime of your purchase, and you'll also have FREE HIRE of our hard case bike boxes to transport your bike.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order, returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include the original packaging.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.
