Hybrid Bikes

Flat bars, an upright position and tyres wide enough for a canal path. A hybrid is the bike most people should own if the riding is commuting, pottering, or getting across Glasgow without thinking about it too hard. Easy to live with, easy to get on, and quick enough that you are not left behind.

Marin make up most of the range. The Kentfield is the straightforward one, in step-through and standard frames, the Presidio adds a bit more polish for city riding, and the DSX is the fast one, flat bar with gravel tyre clearance for anyone who wants a hybrid that can leave the tarmac. Ridgeback Velocity covers the practical end.

If you want assistance, Gazelle are the mainstay of what we stock. Dutch built, Bosch powered, with hub gears, lights and a rack as standard. See the full electric hybrid range.

We also supply estarli to order, including cargo. They are endlessly customisable on accessories and build, so those are easier to sort out by phone, email or live chat than through a product page.

If your riding is more about distance than errands, look at gravel bikes, which give up surprisingly little on the road. Every bike is built and checked by our mechanics before it leaves. Come into the shop and try a couple, it is the quickest way to work out what suits.

All full price bikes come with free delivery and 0% finance options.
