We'll check your cables for stretch, tighten everything up and make sure that your new purchase is running perfectly.
You'll have priority access to our workshop for the lifetime of your purchase, and you'll also have FREE HIRE of our hard case bike boxes to transport your bike.
The Ridgeback Velocity is a versatile everyday bike, built around a lightweight aluminium frame and a wide gear range for smooth, efficient riding.
Equipped with Shimano’s dependable 24-speed Acera groupset, it handles steep climbs with ease while still delivering plenty of speed on the flats.
Practical touches include mounts for mudguards and racks, making it easy to set up for commuting or carrying extra loads. Reliable V-brakes ensure confident stopping power, while puncture-resistant tyres help keep you rolling on rougher roads.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order, returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include the original packaging.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.
