The T600 UD carbon frame is engineered for a smooth, compliant ride that takes the sting out of rough roads, yet remains responsive when you accelerate or climb. Free 6-week service. Cables stretch and spokes bed in over the first few hundred miles. Bring it back and we’ll re-tension, re-index and check every bolt.

Priority workshop, for as long as you own the bike. We never turn away someone who bought their bike here, however busy we are.

Free bike box hire. A hard-case Bike Box Alan whenever you travel with the bike.

Free changes at the build stage. Saddle, stem, bars, tyres, pedals — far cheaper before the bike is built than after. Add a note to your order at checkout.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order, returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include the original packaging.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.
