The Lake CX239 Road Shoe is the latest evolution of Lake's most popular road cycling shoe, pushing the boundaries of comfort, fit, and performance with a sleek, modern design.
Precision Fit and Optimized Power Transfer
Engineered to maximize your stability and power output. Lake has integrated the tongue into the medial panel of the upper, creating a firmer foot hold that ensures your effort translates directly into forward momentum. Lake also reinforced the internal heel counter with fiberglass, delivering a more stable heel hold.

The Lake Competition 100% Carbon Fiber Sole is lightweight, stylish, and built for both comfort and performance. The 3-hole cleat pattern allows for greater cleat positioning, ensuring effective pedaling action and enhanced rider comfort.
The Competition Last: Secure and Responsive
Fit is paramount which is why the CX239 was built on the specialized Competition Last. This profile is more curved than the Sport Last, featuring a larger toe box and a tighter heel cup for an exceptionally secure fit. Designed with a slightly wider ball girth, allowing the foot to expand comfortably under high pedaling pressures.
BOA® Li2 Dials: Unrivaled Adjustability
Lake has equipped the CX239 with the BOA® Fit System Li2 Dials, the most advanced platform in cycling. These dials offer a precise, micro-adjustable fit in both directions. Lake has widened the spacing between the dual BOA® dials compared to previous models, allowing for greater zone adjustment, especially in the forefoot area. This provides increased comfort and stability across the entire foot.
Premium Materials and All-Day Comfort
The CX239 Road Shoe has high-performance uppers: a full-grain, water-resistant, and breathable Ecco Premium leather, or a Clarino Microfiber and mesh with Outlast heel lining.
The upper is sleek, stylish, and form-fitting with minimal stitching, offering a glove-like feel that molds perfectly to the foot over time. Also included is a protective heel panel and rubber toe bumper to safeguard the upper from scuffs. The Outlast temperature-regulating heel maintains a breathable, durable, and firm grip, while a soft tongue lining ensures extra comfort when adjusting the BOA® system.

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order, returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include the original packaging.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.
