6061 aluminium trail bike with a suspension fork
The Ridgeback Terrain is a hardtail for riders who want to get off the beaten track, from everyday riding to rougher trails. It's built around a 6061 aluminium frame with a 100mm travel SR Suntour XCM32 suspension fork, Shimano MT-200 hydraulic disc brakes, a Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain and 2.4" Maxxis Rekon tyres.
Wheel size is matched to frame size: XS and SM frames have 27.5" wheels, and MD, LG and XL frames have 29" wheels. The handlebar is 700mm wide on XS and SM, and 760mm on MD, LG and XL. Every size has a 66 degree head angle and a 74.5 degree seat angle.
It comes with flat pedals, lock-on dual density grips and a Madison Terrain saddle, and there's a kickstand plate and mounts for a rack and mudguards. The frame and fork are covered by Ridgeback's lifetime warranty, subject to their warranty terms.

Built properly. Every bike assembled from scratch by our Cytech Level 2 mechanics, brakes bedded in, greased to suit a Glasgow winter, buddy-checked and test ridden before it’s boxed.
Free 6-week service. Cables stretch and spokes bed in over the first few hundred miles. Bring it back and we’ll re-tension, re-index and check every bolt.
Priority workshop, for as long as you own the bike. We never turn away someone who bought their bike here, however busy we are.
Free bike box hire. A hard-case Bike Box Alan whenever you travel with the bike.
Free changes at the build stage. Saddle, stem, bars, tyres, pedals — far cheaper before the bike is built than after. Add a note to your order at checkout.
Free test rides around Glasgow Green, on as many bikes as you like.
