The Merida Silex 400 Gravel Bike is an adventure-ready gravel bike that’s equally at home doing a rough commute or winter training laps, thanks to a durable aluminium frame, lightweight carbon fork and huge tyre clearance of 700 x 45 mm – or even 42 mm tyres with fenders. Our MTB-inspired geometry gives you huge confidence off-road, the huge number of mounts mean you’ll be able to carry what you need easily, and the durable Shimano 2x10-speed GRX groupset and brakes will make short work of the ups and downs.

Priority workshop, for as long as you own the bike. We never turn away someone who bought their bike here, however busy we are.

Free bike box hire. A hard-case Bike Box Alan whenever you travel with the bike.

Free changes at the build stage. Saddle, stem, bars, tyres, pedals — far cheaper before the bike is built than after. Add a note to your order at checkout.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order, returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include the original packaging.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.
