Everyday ready, weekend proven. The CDA takes the geometry and handling of the steel Croix de Fer and puts it on a lighter aluminium frame with a steel fork, which keeps the comfort exactly where you notice it, through the hands and wrists. It is the sensible way into a Genesis.

Rack and mudguard mounts plus an integrated kickstand mount mean it can be set up for all-year commuting without a workaround, and there are enough frame and fork mounting points for cages and bags to take it away for a weekend. One bike, two jobs, no compromise on either.

Every model is specced to work straight out of the box, with disc brakes, comfortable flared bars and gearing low enough for a loaded climb. There is a CDA JNR as well, for juniors who have outgrown a kids bike but are not ready for an adult frame.
