Dynaplug

The tool that turns a tubeless puncture into a thirty second stop. A Dynaplug pushes a soft-nosed plug through the hole from the outside, the sealant does the rest, and you carry on without taking the wheel off.

It only works on tubeless tyres, and it is worth practising once at home rather than working it out in the rain with cold hands. Push it in firmly, break the plug off, reinflate, ride.

The tools are machined metal rather than plastic and they last. The Racer and Micro Racer carry pre-loaded plugs so there is nothing to assemble, which is the whole point when you are at the side of a road.

Carry a spare tube as well. Some cuts are past plugging, and the plug that gets you home is no use if the tyre is finished.
