The Cinturato covers road and gravel. On gravel the M and the H differ by tread, M for mixed surfaces and H for harder packed ground, and the choice matters more than the casing does. The P Zero Race is the fast one, for dry roads and the days you are trying.

The SmarTUBE is worth a look if you have never used a TPU inner tube. It weighs a fraction of butyl, packs down to roughly the size of a plum, and makes a far easier spare to carry than the one currently squashed in your saddle bag.
