Bar tape with more grip than almost anything else, which is why it ends up on so many bikes that get ridden in bad weather. DSP is the polymer they are known for, and it holds on whether your hands are wet, gloved or neither.

Thickness is the decision. 2.5mm gives the most direct feel of the bars, 3.2mm takes the edge off a rough road, and the Ultra versions go further again. If your hands go numb on long rides, try thicker tape before you start changing bars or stems.

It grips better than cork and does not wear through at the hoods nearly as fast, though it wants a firmer wrap to look right. We will fit it while you wait if you would rather not wrestle with it yourself.
