The screw-on hose is the detail people either love or curse. It seals properly and will not rip a valve core out under pressure, at the cost of a few extra seconds at the roadside.

Check the valve compatibility when you buy. Most Lezyne heads handle both Presta and Schrader, but it is worth knowing which way round yours goes before you need it.
