We've decided to pause shipping on bikes below £2000 for a short period to allow us to catch up in the workshop. We are saying no to too many customers looking for servicing and repairs due to the workshop being at capacity, building and repacking mail order bikes. We hate saying no to our customers and we need some time to get through our backlog and get some servicing and repairs booked in.
Repacking for courier shipping is a time intensive process as we have to make sure that the bike is protected from the rigours and rough treatment that come with being moved about in the back of a lorry or van.
We are continuing to prioritise existing customers who bought their bikes at the shop and we hope to be able to accommodate other customers when we have caught up.
