Delivery

All products listed on the website should be in stock and are usually dispatched within a day of order.  When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that will advise approximate date of delivery.  If a product has become unavailable you will be given the option of waiting for it to come back into stock or taking a full refund.

We use a courier for all bike sales outwith central Scotland (where we usually deliver them ourselves) with the bike arriving within 2 working days.

All bikes will have been carefully built before being shipped and will require only minor reassembling.  A significant portion of the kids bikes we sell online will be sent in larger boxes and will require minimal building-usually only the pedals to be fitted before it is ready to go.
