Comes fully safety checked to ensure the highest standards of safety.  The build up goes beyond the basics, we can tailor the bike to your childs needs and ensure that the bike is as safe as possible.  Frequent adjustments include bringing the brake levers closer to the handlebars for small hands and reversing the seatpost for when you are squeezing the child into a bigger size.
